Claims (5)
- （１）液体、気体等流体の配管経路中に炭化珪素を成分
とするセラミック体で形成した発熱体を配置［１、それ
を高周波誘導コイルの電波作用で発熱可能に構成したこ
とを特徴とする管路ヒータ。 - （２） 上記発熱体が、円筒形で径内に流体を通過す
るよう形成されているところの実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の管路ヒータ。 - （３）上記発熱体が円板または円柱状で流体の流路とな
る貫通孔を複数持っているところの実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の管路ヒータ。 - （４） 上記発熱体が、合成樹脂または無機質でなる
絶縁体で被覆されているところの実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１〜３項記載の管路ヒータ。 - （５）上記発熱体が、複数取付けられているところの実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜４項記載の管路ヒータ。
