Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）一端部を金型の一部に接続固定し内部に射出プラ
    ンジャを挿通して溶湯全金型キャビティへ充填するよう
    構成したダイカストマシンの鋳込、　　みスリーブにお
    いて、金型およびダイカストマシンとの接触部に所定厚
    さの断熱層を設けることを特徴とする鋳込みスリーブ。
  2. （２）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の鋳込み
    スリーブにおいて、断熱層は金型およびダイカストマシ
    ンとの接触部に断熱材を介在させてなる鋳込みスリーブ
    。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の鋳込み゛　
    　　　　スリーブにおいて、断熱層は鋳込みスリーブの
    外周部および端面部に一体的に成形加工してなる鋳込み
    スリーブ。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の鋳込みスリ
    ーブにおいて、断熱層は金属もしくはセラミックスを含
    む材料を使用したポーラスなメッキ処理により形成して
    なる鋳込みスリーブ。
  5. （５）実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の鋳込みスリ
    ーブにおいて、断熱層はセラミックス等からなる断熱材
    の溶射により形成してなる鋳込みスリーブ。
  6. （６）実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の鋳込みスリ
    ーブにおいて、断熱層はセラミックス等からなる断熱材
    の圧接により形成してなる鋳込みスリーブ。
