Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to achieve two color molding automatically by raising and lowering the core member fitted into the bottom force of a mold by a cam mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A bottom force is retracted, while carrying a primary product and rotating by 180 deg., and then is moved to the mold for secondary molding and is fitted to a top force. When the top force 4 is closed, a plate 5' is lowered, thereby pushing the tapering part of a cam plate 6' and moving it left. Consequently, the cam plate 6' is caused to be in contact with the projected part of a follower plate 7, and the follower plate and a core member 2' are pushed up, whereby a cavity is formed in between a projected portion 9 and the bottom force 1. Secondary molding material is injected into this cavity for secondary molding, and the product in which resin enters under side of the projected portion, is obtained. Next, the bottom force 1 is retracted, and it is turned by 180 deg. after a product has been pushed out, and then the top force is closed. Then, the side plate 5 pushes the cam plate 6 left, and the cam plate 6 is caused to be in contact with the recessed part of the follower plate 7, thereby lowering the follower plate 7 and the core member 2. The molding is achieved, repeating these operations automatically. The molded product which has been impossible to be molded by one time up to now, may be automatically produced by such simple operation raising and lowering the core member.

応は解決できるのであるが、外周にアールを付けたタイ
ヤを製造しようとする場合には、単に割シ型構造を工夫
しただけでは不可能若しくは極めて困難であった。

に極めて簡単に二色成形し得ることを見出し、本発明に
到達した。

次に上記成形用金型を使用して玩具用タイヤを成形する

次成形品を乗せたまま180°回転しながら後退して、
二次成形用金型に移動しその上型とはまる。次いで上型
4を閉じると、上型4に固定された側プレート5′が下
がシ、側プレート下端のテーパ一部でカムプレート6′
のテーパ一部を押し、カムプレート6′ヲ第1図におい
て左方向に移動させる。カムプレート6′の凸部と従動
プレート7′の凸部とが当接すると、従動プレート7′
が上に押し上げられ、その結果入れ子2′も上に押し上
げられる。このようにして、車輪本体10からなる一次
成形材料が上に持ち上げられ、車輪外周の凸起部9と下
型1′との間に間隙が形成される。こうして形成された
二次成形用キャピテイll中にノズルから二次成形用材
料(合成ゴム)を射出することによシ、第3図に示すよ
うに、車輪凸起部の下側にも樹脂がはいりこんだ玩具用
のタイヤ12が得られる。ついで下型1′は後退し、製
品を突出させた後180°回転する。カムプレートは回
転前は、第1図工次側において、左方向に突出している
が、回転することによシ第1図−次側で右方向に突出し
た状態となる。上型を閉じると、前記と同様に側プレー
ト5がカムプレート6を第1図に於いて左方向に押して
、カムプレート6の凸部と従動プレート7の凹部とが接
触するようになシ、その結果従動プレート7と入れ子2
とが下がる。以下同じようにして、上記操作を繰シ返え
して成形すればよい。尚上記説明は一方の金型について
のみ行ったが、一方の金型で一次成形している時は、他
方の金型では二次成形を行っている。従って金型が1回
転するごとに成形品は1個ずつでき上ることになる。

、パリの発生とか偏肉の問題がなく、非常に精度のよい
成形品が得られるので、このタイヤを使用した玩具自動
車の走行も滑らかである等多くの利点を併有する。
