Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　引掻抵抗被覆剤を含有する浸漬浴及びエンドレス搬
    送装置を使用して熱可塑性成形体に連続的に引掻抵抗被
    覆を行なうためのコンパクト装置において、コンパクト
    装置１はその室内で３つの区域Ｉ、　Ｉｔ及び■に区分
    されており、その内部でエンドレス搬送ベルト２が案内
    されており、その際エンドレス搬送ベルト２はベルト切
    面に多（の横方向に突出する、少なくとも１個の成形体
    Ｆのための支持装置３を有し、かつ区域Ｉは成形体Ｆの
    被覆及びサイクル終了後の成形体の取り出しのための空
    間を提供し、かつ区域■の最も低い範囲には濾過循環５
    のための出口６及び供給ロアを備える浸漬浴４が設置さ
    れており、区域■にはエンドレス搬送ベルト２の相応し
    て配置された乾燥区域に相応する乾燥装置８が存在する
    ことを特徴とする熱可塑性成形体の連続的引掻抵抗被覆
    のためのコンパクト装置。 ２　エントレ搬送ベルト２として搬送鎖を使用し、該搬
    送鎖が方向変換に予定した位置で方向変換装置９上に載
    置されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置
    。 ３　浸漬浴４の前に精製塔が接続されている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の装置。 ４　精製塔が有機浴剤で満たされている超音波浴である
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の装置。 ５　搬送ベルト２からベルト平面に横方向に突出した、
    取り外し可能に取り付けられたサック１３を備えるピン
    １２からなる支持装置３が熱可塑性成形体Ｆのための固
    定装置１４を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は
    第２項のいずれか１項に記載の装置。
