各空気圧受入れ室に対応して設けられそれぞれピストン
内装のシリンダ室を有するシリンダプレートと、前記各
シリンダ室に対応して１対づつ設けられ表裏面にそれぞ
れ貫通する細四を有するセンタープレートと、これらプ
レートを押え板ない１ベース上にそれぞれ弾性気密シー

弁おいて、前記各対の細孔間は前記センタープレートの
一面に形成された浅溝により互いに連通されると共にプ
レート外部との連通はセンタープレー５ ト側力から突
設され最もプレート外辺寄りの細孔と連通ずる接続孔Ｉ
