Two disc-shaped piezoelectric diaphragms are made by pasting a piezoelectric material plate on the back side of a thin metal plate with a cut-and-raised piece provided at the center of the surface, and the piezoelectric material plates of both piezoelectric diaphragms are made to face each other. A piezoelectric unit is used, which includes a plurality of locking members that lock the piezoelectric diaphragm at equal intervals on its outer circumference, and a retaining ring that elastically holds the plurality of locking members. A piezoelectric transducer characterized in that an appropriate number of piezoelectric units are connected to each other by cut-and-raised pieces on the end face and the lower end face.
