径方向溝、S□9 S2は流体室である。

Claims (1)

て、流体室内の天井部にストッパを設け、該ストッパの
下面側、又はオリフィス板の上面側の少なくとも一方に
オリフィスと連通ずる径方向溝を形成したことを特徴と
