ヤフラムと仕切板との間に副次室を形成し、仕切板と他
方の基板との間に流体室を形成して、該副次室と流体室
とに第一流体を封入すると共に上記仕切板に流体室側と
副次室側とを連通させるオリフィスを設け、かつ該オリ
フィスの両端開口部を変形可能な覆体にて覆い、中間室
を画成させ、該中間室内に第一流体より比重の大きな第
二流体を封入させたことを特徴とする流体入りパワーユ
