コンピュータの起動回路に於いて、電源投入時に動作す
る第１の時定数回路と、該第１の時定数回路によって制
御され前記ホールド端子・に前記第１の時定回路で決定
される期間所定レベルを印加するスイッチング手段と、
前記ホールド端子に所定レベルが印加されたとき動作し
前記第１の時定数回路の時定数より短い時定数によりリ
セット信号を作成する第２の時定数回路と、前記ホール
ド端子に強制的に所定レベルを印加するスイッチとを備
え、電源投入から前記第１の時定数回路で決定される期
間内にホールド状態を解除して初期設定を行った後、再
びホールド状態とし、前記スイッチの操作によってホー
ルド状態を解除し動作を開始させることを特徴とするマ
