従来例の構成とその問題点
連続鋳造設備においては、七−ルドからタミーバを引張
ることによって鋳片を鋳片搬送経路に沿って引抜き、次

したタ三−へ巻E用フックに保合させ、夕三−バのヘッ
ド郡と鋳片との連結を解1余し、フックの上昇によりタ
ミーバを操業床まで巻上げるものである。そしてフック
に対しタミーバテール都のピンが正しく保合するように
フックより若干E流側に夕三−バガイドが設けらねでい
る。従来のり二一バガイドは、その駆動機構部と一体連
結されているため、タミーバの蛇行が予想以上に大きく
て、1記夕三−バガイドに衝突した場合には、F記駆動
機構部まで破損させてしまい、被害が大きいという欠点
がある。また従来では、タミーバガイドを鋳片搬送経路
を構成する0−ルの0−ル天の下方からそのE方へ突出
させるのに、そのタミーバガイドを揺動させる構成をと
っているため、駆動機a部の構造が複雑となり、コスト

転により鋳片搬送経路を構成するロールのロール大の下
方からそのL方へ突出させられるガイド本体とから構成
