本発明は出力信号レベルを種々の値としても増幅段構成
を大きく変化させることがなく、動作の安定な自動利得

5を各段間に可変減衰器AT’F1乃至ATT4を介し
て縦続接続している。増幅器AMP5の出力から検波回
路DTと直流増幅器DC,Aを介して制御回路CTLを
駆動し、制御回路CTLの出力により可変減衰器を制御
し、八MP5の出力を所定値に維持している。近年無線
通信にディジタル系を使用することが実用化され、その
とき同一機器の中の自動利得制御段の出力レベルとして
、+ 5 dB、−10dBのように大きく変化した増
幅段をa・要とする場合があり、増幅段を(11,1別
に専用設計することは無駄になるから、可変減衰器の調

回路DTで使用するダイオードの温度特性のため所定の
自動利得制御の出来ないことが起こった。第2図に示す
ようにダイオードの電圧V対電流fの特性は、略二乗曲
線になっているから、この特性曲線が温度変化のため左
右に動くとき、■の変化に対するIの変化は、■が小さ
い場合に大きな影響を受りる。即ち出力レベルを小さく
設定するとき、温度上昇が発生ずると出力レベル上昇の
