とこれを駆動して定速回転で駆動力を取り出すための駆
動手段との間に減速歯車を介設し、該減速歯車の低トル
ク側に、上記差動回転入力歯車と上記駆動手段とを切り
離して該差動回転入力歯車を空転させ、上記発電機への
駆動力伝達を断つためのクラッチを設けたことを特徴と
