な外乱が測定信号に重畳して測定結果に異常を起す事態
が発生する測定装置において、前記周期的な外乱の周波
数と前記検出部用交番電力の周波数とが干渉し測定結果
に異常を起す外乱の周波数を検知し前記検出部用交番電
力の周波数を測定結果に異常を発生させない周波数に移
行させる外乱回避処理部を有することを特徴とする測定
