号をレベルに対応するパルスに選択するレベルセレクタ
ー７と、レベルセレクター７から入力されたパルス信号
を積分のＤＣＬ／ベル信号として出力する積分回路８と
、積分回路８から入力されたＸレベル信号をその電圧値
で表示するパネルメータ９とを順次接続し被検査測定物
の表面状態を計測することを特徴とした白黒テレビカメ
