Abstract

PURPOSE:A cleaning and polishing agent having improved cleaning ability and polishing effect without damaging the surface of decorative rubber, obtained by adding specific three surface active agents to an aqueous emulsion of dimethylsilicon oil. CONSTITUTION:Dimenthylsilicone oil is emulsified in water as a solvent, and (A) 4-8wt% surface active agent of alkylbenzenesulfonate type, (B) 2-6wt% surface active agent of polyoxyethylene fatty acid amide type, and (C) 1-3wt% carboxy betaine type surface active agent are added to the emulsion, to give the desired polishing agent for decorative rubber.

現在、化粧ゴムの洗浄艶出しは、市販の中性洗剤がジメ
チルシリコーンのエマルジョン等が用いられている。

しかしながら、中性洗剤は手の油やたばこのやに等の強
い汚れに対しては余シ効果がなく、特に艶出し効果は全
くなかった。一方、ジメチルシリコーンのエマルジョン
は艶出し効果はあるが洗浄力が極めて弱いという欠点が
あった。尚、エチルアルコール等の比較的溶解力の弱い
溶媒を用いると、洗浄力は優れるものの艶出し効果はな
く、また化粧ゴムの表面を侵すという欠点があった。

除去すると共に、艶を出すことのできる洗浄艶出し剤を
提供するにある。

本発明者は、先にポリエチレングリコール、エチルアル
コールおよび水を主溶媒とし、この中にアニオン系界面
活性剤、アミンオキサイド系界面活性剤、イミダシリン
型両性界面活性剤、カチオン性セルロース誘導体を主成
分とした洗浄剤を提案したが、この洗浄剤は、洗浄力に
極めて優れ化粧ゴムの表面を侵すことはないものの、や
や艶出し効果が少なかった。

ルコール、ポリエチレングリコールが王溶媒でおるため
、どの様な乳化剤を用いてもジメチルシリコーンオイル
が分離してしまい、先の洗浄剤に艶出し効果を付加する
ことが出来なかった。

果、つまシ汚れの脱落状態とか色の出方を、次の基準に
よって判定した。
