とモ〜り6をコントロールするコントローラ10とを内
蔵し、乾燥機の全運転プロセスを制御するものである。

したものが布量が0.6に9と少量の場合の実験結果で
ある。図から明らかなように、排気通路5内の湿度は、
衣類収納庫1内での水分蒸発が増えるに従って高湿度と
なり、ioo係近い湿度で安定した後、乾燥終了間際に
は再び湿度が低下し、乾燥終了に至る。この時、布量が
多い場合と、少ない場合での湿度変化の違いに着目する
と、乾燥運転開始直後から高湿度で安定するまでの間の
変化に明らかに相違が見られる。即ち、布量が多い場合
は衣類に含捷れる水分の総量も多いため運転開始後の湿
度の変化も急激であるのに対し、布量が少ない場合は湿
度の変化が比較的ゆるやかである。従って、この間の布
量に対する湿度変化率の相関関係をあらかじめ測定、記
憶しておけば、湿度の変化率を検出するだけで、衣類の
量を判定することができる。このようにして布量判定装
置9によって検出した布量に応じて、熱源3の発熱量あ
るいはモータ6の回転数をコントローラ1oを介して制
御すれば、より使い勝手の良い、経済性の高い乾燥機を
