Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象物質の誘電率を測定するための第１電極および
    第２電極よりなる測定電極対と、誘電体を挾持する第１
    電極および第２電極よりなる静電容量型の温度センサと
    、上記測定電極対と上記温度センサのそれぞれの第１電
    極と第２電極との間に所定周波数の交流を所定の切換速
    度で交互に印加するスイッチング手段を含む駆動部と１
    、上記交流に対して上記測定電極対および上記温度セン
    サの第１電極と第２．電極との間の静電容量がそれぞれ
    示すアドミタンスにもとず（第１出力および第２出力を
    上記所定の切換速度で交互に発生する出力手段と、上記
    第１出力を所望の測定量に変換するための変換手段と、
    上記第１出力またはこれにもとず（信号を上記第２出力
    またはこれにもとずく信号により補正するための温度補
    償回路とで構成された温度補償型測定装置。
