Claims (1)
このリード挿通部にリードを絶縁材で封着した気密端子
であって、前記気密端子本体の中空部を、底部方向に横
方向寸法が漸減する気密空間用凹部を備えた絶縁材で埋
めるとともに、少なくとも２本のリード先端部を前記凹
部に突出せしめ、前記凹部壁に沿って流下せしめたこと
