    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧縮空気にて作動して、物体を把持するための爪を有す
    るロボットハンドのチャックにおいて、有効断面積の等
    しい４個のエヤシリンダを放射状に等間隔に配置し、前
    記エヤシリンダのロッドの端部に前記爪を固定し、チャ
    ック本体に固定したスライドピンをガイドとして前記爪
    を移動可能とし、４つの爪はスライドピンに挿入したバ
    ネ常数の等しいスプリングにて一方側に押されているロ
    ボットハンドのチャック装置。
