Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は腕時計のケースと金属バンドの取付は構造に関
する。
従来バンドの取付けはバネ棒が極く一般的に使われてい
た。
然し近時時計とバンドがますます薄くなるに従ってその
厚味のためにバネ棒方式での対応が困難になってきた。
例えばケースの側厚３朋、バンド厚１．５ｒｆｒＩｎの
ものに対し１．８ｗｎφのバネ棒を使うと取付は部の厚
さのみが目立て側面から見たプレスラインの美しさがま
ったく得られない。
その為超高価格帯時計の一部でケースにバドを直接ロー
付けする直結バンドが使用されているがこれはバンド寿
命が時計の寿命になるので極く少数の限定販売しか出来
ない。
そこでバンドとケースに各々位相をずらした穴を明けて
両者をテーパーネジで締めつけ密着せしめる構造として
実開昭４８−１０８６６２や実公昭５３−５４３００が
あるがこれ等はケースと接続する部分のバンドに取付は
穴を明けねばならないので次の点から薄型化が出来ない
。
すなわち、 （１）バンドの穴径を１咽としてもその上下の残肉を０
４５として２ｒｒｒｍ、庇を含めると取付は部の厚さは
３ｍｍ以上となってしまう。
（２）使用するバンドが櫛歯等のムク材を使用したバン
ド以外のメツシュ、ラセン、アジロバンド等ではバンド
への直接的穴明けが出来ず従ってケースとバンドの間に
別部材を介するためデザイン的に相当の制約を生じる。
本考案は以上の問題を解決するもので、取付は部の構造
をバンドの種類に関係なく極く薄型化して側面から見た
美麗フルツーラインを形威せしめ、合わせて上面から見
てケースとバンドの合間に隙間が開かない様にしたバン
ドの取付は構造を提供するものである。
すなわち、バンド取付部分面に庇を、両端に２つの足を
有するケースと、バンド本体の先端に先カンを有するバ
ンドとからなり、前記ケースの２つの足にはネジ穴を設
け、また前記先カンはコ字状に折り曲げて棚と垂壁を形
威し、前記バンドの先カンを前記ケースの庇と足の間に
挿入し、前記ケースの足のネジ穴に螺着したネジのテー
パ一部により、前記先カンの棚と垂壁をケースの庇と側
壁に押しつけて、ケースとバンドを密着して取り付けた
ことを特徴とする特図面によって詳細の説明を行う。
第１図、第２図は各々本考案の要部を示す側面断面図と
平面断面図である。
ケース１０は庇いと対の足２はネジ穴１３が設けられて
いる。
バンド２０はバンド体２１と先銃３０をロー付は等によ
って一体固着してり先鋏３０は棚部３１と垂壁３２から
なっている。
バネ棒の代りに２本のネジ（両側で４本）を使うがこの
ネジ４０は先端にテーパ一部４１を有する。
次にケースへのバンドの取付けについ説明する。
ケースの側壁１４と足１２に囲まれた部分にバンドの先
銃３０を装着してネジ４０を軽く螺着する。
その時ネジ４０のテーパ一部４１は先銃３０の垂壁３２
をケースの側壁１４方向に軽く押すがケース１０に対し
てバンド２０はまだ若干の回動を許されている。
ネジ４０を更に強くネジ込むに従ってテーパ一部４１は
垂壁３２を−スの側壁１４に強く圧着せしめる。
この時同時に棚部３１を庇１１に圧着せしめても良い。
これによってケースに対するバンドの回動かなくなる。
又別の実施例第３図に示す様にバンドの一部を庇に当て
る様にしたものではバンド体２１と庇１１を密着する様
にし、側壁１４と垂壁３２の間には若干の隙間を設ける
。
然しこの場合でもケース１０に対してバンド２０が回動
しないため１２ば棚部３１と庇１１又は垂壁３２と側壁
１４のいずれかが当接せねばならず、各々の隙は１００
μ以下の極く微少に止める。
バンドの取り外しはネジ４０を暖めれば良い。
本考案の効果は次の通りである。
（１）バンドのケースへの取付は穴や、バネ棒を必要と
しないためバンドの取付は部の厚さを極めて薄くコンパ
クトに出来る。
（２）金属バンドならほとんどすべてのバンドに適用出
来るので標準化も容易である。
（３）テーパーネジを使っているためバンドの着脱が容
易である。
（４）先銃の形状が棚と垂壁だけのシンプルな形状なの
で製造コストが安い。
（５）バンドの端部に先銃以の部材を用いないので上面
からみた外観が良い。
（６）ケースに対するバンドの回動が阻止されるためケ
ースとバンドの合せ面に隙間が出来ず、従って上面から
の外観が良い。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バンド取付部分上面に庇を、両側に２つの足を有するケ
    ースと、バンド本体の先端に先カンを有するバンドとか
    らなり、前記ケースの２つの足にはネジ穴を設け、また
    、前記先カンはコ字状に折り曲って棚と垂壁を形威し、
    前記バンドの先カンを前記ケースの庇と足の間に挿入し
    、前記ケースの足のネジ穴に螺着したネジのテーパ一部
    により、前記先カンの垂壁をケースの側壁に押圧し、ケ
    ースとパッドを密着して取付けたとを特徴とする腕時計
    のケースとバンドの取付は構造。
