Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain ease of setting of an optimum setting value by providing a magnification setting device so as to optimum the control resolution of an electromagnetic flow rate control valve. CONSTITUTION:The injectin operation of a screw 1 is divided into 1-4 speeds depending on the position by an injection speed controller so as to control each injection speed. A pressure oil is delivered to a chamber 5 of an injection cylinder 4 via the electromagnetic flow rate control valve 2 by the control so as to control the position of the screw 1 via a ram 6. This valve 2 is selected by a command from a controller 7 and its setting is performed by a setting section 8. The setting section 8 is provided with a magnification setting device 12 in addition to an injection speed setting device or the like and has a magnification of, e.g., 1/4 or 1/2. In setting the magnification setting device 12 to 1/2 with said setting device set to 35%, it results in the setting of 17.5% so as to attain a minute numeral setting of a figure being the decimal point or below.

より切換えが行なわれる。また制御装置7における設定
部8の詳細を第2図に示すと、第2図において9はスク
リュ回転数設定器、10は射出圧力設定器、11は射出
速度設定器である。
