本発明は可変トルク出力を可能としたトルクリミッタ付

より、容易にトルクリミットスイッチを付加出来るとい
う特徴を有することによる。一方で弁を開閉する場合、
閉絡端においては弁体および弁座な疵付けずかつ洩れを
生じない程の適正トルクが弁棒に与えられねばならず、
また開起動時には、弁体は弁座に、弁棒は弁棒雌ネジに
固着しており、しばしば錆によって強固着しているので
、一般に前記閉弁時のトルクよりも強力なトルクが必要
となるから、上記の特徴をもったウオーム減速装置はバ
ルブ開閉機には恰好の減速装置であった。ところがウオ
ーム減速機は構造上必然に動力伝達効率が低くかつ伝達
トルクの割に重量が大きく、更に独特の形状故に重量バ
ランスカ悪<テ設計上コンパクトになし得ないという問
題があった。そのためバルブに開閉機を取付けて自動化
する際、スペースおよび強度的に苦労しなげればならな
かった。そこで本発明者は鋭意実験研究の結果、ワオー
ム減速機に代えて遊星歯車減速機構を採用することによ
り上記問題点を解決し得ることを見出し本発明に到達し
