Claims (1)

において、前記モータからネジ軸への動力伝達を
アイドルギアを含むギア列で行わせ、そのうちア
イドルギアの回転自在な軸を、該軸に直角な方向
に摺動自在に支持すると共に、このアイドルギア
の軸の摺動を抑制するようにスプリングによつて
該軸に予圧を掛け、この予圧に抗して前記アイド
ルギアの軸が一定距離移動した時にリミツトスイ
ツチにより前記モータの作動を制御するようにし
たことを特徴とする電動シリンダの過負荷検出装
置。 (2) 前記アイドルギアの軸を軸保持機構で回転
自在に支持し、且つ該軸保持機構を前記軸に直角
な方向に摺動可能に設置してこの軸を軸直角方向
に摺動できるようにすると共に、前記スプリング
による予圧をこの軸保持機構に対して掛けること
により軸の摺動を抑制できるようにしたことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の電
動シリンダの過負荷検出装置。 (3) 前記アイドルギアの軸の摺動方向両側から
夫々スプリングによつて該軸に予圧を掛けること
により、アイドルギアの軸の摺動を抑制するよう
にしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
