Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a light weight release bearing holder which does not wear away the shaft portion of a transmission case by molding a tubular holder body with synthetic resin to bond a slide material to the inner peripheral surface of the holder body. CONSTITUTION:A holder body 4 of a release bearing holder 3 is formed of polybutylenetelephthalate resin (PBT). To the inner peripheral surface of the holder body 4 is bonded a bushing 11 made of a slide material having low coefficient of friction and excellent stability of heat, for example tetraethylenefluoride resin. Also, the inner peripheral edge of both openings of the bushing 11 are bevelled to prevent the interference with a shaft portion 2.

の軽量化のためにマグネシラl、合金より構成した場合
、そのケースの軸部とそれに摺合される鉄系レリーズベ
アリングホルダ間をグリース等により潤滑しても長期間
においては軸部がレリーズヘアリングホルダにより研削
されて摩耗するという不具合がある。

アリングホルダ3の筒状ホルダ本体4が摺合される。そ
のホルダ本体4の外周面にはレリーズへアリング5が装
着され、レリーズヘアリング5、ボルダ本体4のフラン
ジ部6および側板13がカバー14により一体に挟着さ
れる。側板13には:二股状のレリーズアーム7が係合
し7、そのレリーズアーム7に連結されたレリーズシャ
フト8を第1図時計方向に回転させるとレリーズヘアリ
ングホルダ3、したがってレリーズヘアリング5が左方
へ摺動してクラッチのレリーズ操作が行われるようにな
っている。

めて量産性が良い。

ルダ本体および変速機ケース軸部の摩耗を防止すること
ができる。
