共に加熱加圧接着して凸環状に形成し、同時に1
次加硫を行つていた。そのため摩擦材2の内周縁
部2aよりバリBがはみ出し2次加硫終了後に、
このバリBを取除かなければならなかつた。そし
てこのバリBを取除く作業が多くの手間を要する
だけでなくきれいに仕上げることが困難であつ
た。また苛酷な条件で使用すると特にその内周縁
部側より摩擦材が剥離し易いおそれがある。
