    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クリーンルームの格子の床面上を遠隔操縦によって走行
    する台車ロボットに、環境測定用の各種センサを備えた
    環境測定ロボットであって、前記台車ロボットに、前記
    クリーンルームの床面の格子を検出する格子センサと、
    この格子センサの検出信号を計数するカウンタと、この
    カウンタの計数値と前記格子の両隅から前記台車ロボッ
    トの走行位置を求めて前記台車ロボットの駆動制御部に
    フィードバックする演算部を備えたことを特徴とする環
    境測定ロボット。
