補強用下地を一体に形成すると共に、この一方の表面材
の内面に多数のスタッドを溶接し、他方の表面材を上記
一方の表面材の四周枠部に接着または溶接したのち、こ
の他方の表面材と上記スタッドを溶接して一体の扉を構
成するようにしたことにより、中空状の鋼板親扉の構成
とその製造工程を著しく簡素化すると共に、構成部材を
単一化して資材管理をも簡素化し、もって製造工程を容
易に自動化して生産効率を大幅に向上させることができ
る銅板親扉の製造方法を提供しようとするにある。
