【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は収納壁等に用いるルーバー棧扉を製造
する方法に関し、角柱状の芯材1の外周面に表面
材2、裏面材3、エツジ材4及び額縁材5を貼着
して扉枠材6を形成し、この扉枠材6を矩形状に
枠組して扉枠7を形成し、一方左右に上下方向に
配設したルーバー棧取付材8に上下方向に等間隔
に嵌合凹溝12を設けると共にルーバー棧取付材
8間にルーバー棧取付材8の厚さより厚いルーバ
ー棧9を複数本架設してルーバー棧9の両端の嵌
合部13を嵌合凹溝12に嵌合して固着すること
によりルーバー体10を形成し、次いで上記扉枠
7の開口にルーバー体10を嵌込んで額縁材5に
設けた断面L字状の取付用切欠11にルーバー棧
取付材8を嵌合すると共にルーバー体10の表裏
の両面を額縁材5の表裏の両面と略面一にし、ル
ーバー棧取付材8の内側から固着具15を打入し
てを額縁材5に固着することを特徴とするルーバ
ー棧扉の製造方法に係るものであつて、本発明の
目的とするところは簡単に製造できて生産性が向
上するルーバー棧扉の製造方法を提供するにあ
る。

を形成してある。この際芯材1が棒状時に表面材
2、裏面材3、エツジ材4及び額縁材5を取付
け、その後枠組みするため枠組後の加工が殆んど
なくなる。また第3図cのようにルーバー棧取付
材8には上下方向に略等間隔に嵌合凹溝12を設
けてあり、ルーバー棧9の両端には嵌合凹溝12
に嵌り込む嵌合部13を設けてある。上記ルーバ
ー棧取付材8を左右に相対向するように配設し、
第3図dのようにルーバー棧取付材8間にルーバ
ー棧取付材8より厚さの厚いルーバー棧9を複数
本架設し、ルーバー棧9の各嵌合部13をルーバ
ー棧取付材8の嵌合凹溝12に嵌合して接着剤等
にて固着することによりルーバー体10を組立て
てある。次いで扉枠7の開口内にルーバー体10
を入れ、額縁材5の取付用切欠11にルーバー体
10のルーバー棧取付材8を嵌合し、ルーバー体
9の表裏の両面と額縁材5の表裏の両面とを面一
にする。つまり第2図に示すようにルーバー体9
のa面と額縁材5のb面とを面一にし、ルーバー
体9のc面と額縁材5のd面とを面一にする。そ
して取付用切欠11とルーバー棧取付材8との間
に接着剤14を介在し、第3図eのようにルーバ
ー棧取付材8の内側からピンタツカー、木ねじ等
の固着具15を打入して第1図、第2図のように
ルーバー棧扉を組立てる。この際扉枠7にルーバ
ー体10を嵌め込んで固着するだけで一度に複数
本のルーバー棧9を取付けられるのでルーバー棧
を一本一本位置決めして取付けるのに較べて生産
性がよい。また従来ルーバー棧9を一本一本固定
するため第4図のように固着具15が見えて見苦
しかつたのがルーバー棧9をルーバー棧取付材8
に取付けてあるのでルーバー棧取付材8の内側面
から固着具15にて固着できて固着具15が見え
ず外観が見苦しくならない。

材、エツジ材及び額縁材の取付けを行なうのに較
べて枠組後の加工が殆んどなくなり大巾な生産性
の向上が計れるものであり、また扉枠の縦枠では
木目が縦方向に向き横枠では木目が横方向を向く
天然木で形成した扉枠の外観と同じにできるもの
であり、しかも左右に上下方向に配設したルーバ
ー棧取付材間に複数本のルーバー棧を架設してル
ーバー棧の両端をルーバー棧取付材に夫々固着し
てルーバー体を形成し、次いで上記扉枠の間口内
にルーバー体を嵌込んでルーバー体の棧取付材に
額縁材の固着するので、ルーバー体を予じめ組立
てておいて扉枠に嵌め込むだけで組立てることが
でき一層生産性が向上するという利点があり、さ
らに左右に上下方向に配設したルーバー棧取付材
に上下方向に等間隔に嵌合凹溝を設けると共にル
ーバー棧取付材間にルーバー棧取付材の厚さより
厚いルーバー棧を複数本架設してルーバー棧の両
端の嵌合部を嵌合凹溝に嵌合して固着することに
よりルーバー体を形成し、次いで上記扉枠の開口
にルーバー体を嵌込んで額縁材に設けた断面L字
状の取付用切欠にルーバー棧取付材を嵌合すると
共にルーバー体の表裏の両面を額縁材の表裏の両
面と略面一にするので、扉枠を組立てた後でもル
ーバー体を簡単に嵌込んで一定位置に位置決めし
て組込むことができるものであり、しかもルーバ
ー体のルーバー棧の表裏の両面と額縁材の表裏の
両面とを揃えて外観をよくできるものであり、さ
らにまたルーバー体のルーバー棧取付材を額縁材
の取付用切欠に嵌合した状態でルーバー棧取付材
の内側から固着具を打入して額縁材に固着するの
で、扉枠を組立てた後にルーバー体を組み込むも
