By the way, in the elevator door with the above-mentioned configuration,
In manufacturing it, since both ends of each reinforcing material 2, 3, and 4 are inserted into the bent portions 1a and 1a on both sides of the front panel 1, first, the inner plate portion 3a of the middle reinforcing material 3 is In this state, the middle reinforcing material 3 is slid onto the back surface of the front panel 1 from its upper or lower end to a predetermined intermediate position and bonded, and then the upper reinforcing material 2 is attached to the upper end. , the lower reinforcing material 4 is connected to the inner plate portion 2 from the lower tier, respectively.
With the adhesive 5 applied to a and 4a, it is necessary to slide them to predetermined positions up and down on the back surface of the front panel 1 and adhere them. For this purpose, each reinforcing material 2, 3,
Adhesive 5 that was applied in advance during the slide in step 4
The required thickness may not be maintained due to shifting or peeling.
There were cases where reliable adhesion could not be achieved, and it was necessary to use a large amount of adhesive to prevent this. Because quick-drying adhesives cannot be used to simultaneously slide the parts into place, it takes a lot of time to complete the adhesion, making it inefficient.
In addition, when fixing the reinforcing members 2, 3, and 4 in the upper, middle, and lower stages at predetermined positions, the positional dimensions must be measured and positioned individually, and this positioning work is troublesome and requires a lot of effort. There are problems such as spending
It was not suitable for mass production, resulting in high costs, and had the disadvantage that it was not easy to improve quality.

With this, in the elevator door of the present invention, first, the reinforcing material of each stage that is adhesively fixed to the back surface of the front panel is simply cut into the required length from a drawn material, etc., and does not require complicated processing. In addition, the front panel has back side bent portions of the same size and a U-shaped cross section on both sides, and the folded edges of the back side bent portions on both sides have the above-mentioned folded portions. It is sufficient to make it possible to join the reinforcing material of each stage to the back surface of the front panel by pushing it straight in from the rear, and to form a simple notch into which both ends of the outer plate part of the reinforcing material can be fitted over the entire width. For this reason, both the surface panel and the reinforcing material of each stage are easy to manufacture.

Next, in the assembly operation, an adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the reinforcing material of each stage, and in this state, the reinforcing material of each stage is pushed straight through the notch from behind. Now, the reinforcing material of each tier is adhesively fixed to each predetermined position on the back surface of the front panel, and both ends of the outer plate part of the reinforcing material of each tier are fitted into the notches, and the side plate part of the reinforcing material is fitted into the notch. and the folded edge portions of the folded portions on both back sides are flush with each other in an attractive manner. In this state, both ends of the outer plate portion of each stage of reinforcing material and the folded edge portions of both back side bent portions are further welded. The assembly work is now complete, and the reinforcing members for each stage are positioned and fixed in place.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. In the figure, parts having the same configuration as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are given the same reference numerals to simplify the explanation. First, front panel 1
As in the conventional case, there are bent portions 1a, 1 on both sides that protrude toward the back side and have a U-shaped cross section of the same size.
There is a vertically long plate-like one with a. Reinforcing members 2, 3, and 4 in upper, middle, and lower three stages are adhesively fixed to the back side of this front panel 1 in the horizontal direction with adhesive 5, respectively.
At least the entire outer plate portions 2b, 3b, 4b are slightly longer than the distance between the folded edge portions 1b, 1b of the back side bent portions 1a, 1a on both sides of the front panel 1, and the folded edge portions 1b, 1b. It is said to be at the same height. Therefore, notches 8, 8, 9, 9, and 10, 1 are formed at the opposing upper end positions, middle positions, and lower end positions of the respective folded edges 1b, 1b of both back side bent parts 1a, 1a of the front panel 1.
0 is formed respectively. That is, cutouts 8, 8, 9, 9, and 10, 10 are formed corresponding to the installation positions of the upper, middle, and lower reinforcing members 2, 3, and 4, respectively. The depth of these notches is 8 opposite notches,
8, 9, 9 and 10, 10 are set to be equal to the length dimension of each reinforcing material 2, 3, 4, and the width of each notch is set to be equal to the width dimension of each reinforcing material 2, 3, 4. is set equal to . In other words, the upper, middle and lower reinforcing members 2, 3, 4 can be inserted there through the notches 8, 8 and 9, 9 and 10, 10 on both sides without having to slide them into the back surface of the front panel 1 from the upper or lower ends. It is designed to fit by pushing straight in from the rear. The upper, middle, and lower reinforcing members 2, 3, and 4 have the same cross-sectional shape as the conventional one (the upper reinforcing member 2 has a roughly lip Z shape, the middle reinforcing member 3 has a hat shape, and the lower end reinforcing member 4 has a crank shape). However, only the middle reinforcing material 3 has its inner plate parts 3a, 3a cut at both ends to form both side folded edge parts 1b, 1b.
The width of each of the intermediate notches 9, 9 is shorter than the mutual dimension, and the width of each of the intermediate notches 9, 9 is the outer plate portion 3 of the intermediate reinforcing member 3.
It is narrowed to be equal to the width dimension of b.
Furthermore, when each reinforcing material 2, 3, 4 is adhesively fixed to the back surface of the front panel 1 via adhesive 5, the outside of each outer plate portion 2b, 3b, 4b is connected to the bent portion 1 on both sides.
The dimensions are such that they are flush with the outer surfaces of the folded edge portions 1b, 1b of a, 1a.
