により封止可能な材料とを構成要素とする誘導溶接装置
に関する。前記材料は溶接により相互接続される二面の

周波電流により生成さりる磁界や磁気流の修正装置を有

ネル7ギを供給すべきでない被溶接体の領域を遮へいす
る形式のものであり、溶接領域には修正磁界により行わ
れる電気誘導により熱エネルギが妨げられずに発生する

基本的に溶接手段は磁界を発生する溶接誘導子として作
用する略円型の閉じた形状の導電体11を具備する。溶
接導体11は好ましくは可塑性材料、例えばエポキシ樹
脂の本体12内に全部もしくは一部埋設されている。ル
ープの境界縁内には数mmの範囲内の深さまで凹部13
が形成され、本体12の円錐接合部14から数m1ll
の距離に半径方向外縁を有している。

材でできている。粒子は例えば銅やカーボンブラック等
の導電性で本質的に非磁性材である。粒子の寸法はおよ
そ1μから数10μの範囲内である。

溶接手段10の円錐接合部14は該接合部14により容
器19の頂部端の内側に圧接されている容器カバー18
の外縁と内部接合している。カバー18は数100μ厚
の例えばポリプロピレンの外部プラスチック層とおよそ
10μの範囲内の厚さでプラスチック層内の例えばアル
ミニウム箔等の金属材の境界層からなっている。
器19の頂部端の内側に圧接されている容器カバー18
の外縁と内部接合している。カバー18は数100μ厚
の例えばポリプロピレンの外部プラスチック層とおよそ
10μの範囲内の厚さでプラスチック層内の例えばアル
ミニウム箔等の金属材の境界層からなっている。
溶接手段10の円錐端14は作動位置へ挿入され従って
関心のある溶接領域は容器19の頂部とカバー18上の
上向きフランジ間の領域となる。

溶接誘導子14内の電流は既知の方法でループ内に軸方
向に磁気流を生じ、このような磁気流は基本的にループ
に供給される電流の周波数に等しい周波数で発振してい
る。しかしながらここでは説明しない理由により、粉末
充填凹部13の下の領域の容器カバー内では磁気流は顕
著に感知されない。さらに短絡導電ループの例を見れば
、封止容器生産ラインにおける溶接手段の長期動作中で
も本体15は著しく加熱されない。

(30Kf−1zの範囲内の周波数)に対する磁気流径
路が得られ、それはここでは説明できない理由により粉

- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1) 磁界を生成して前記磁界を溶接領域に指向する
導電部材(11)と、 非導電材支持基!!!(16)内の導電性で本質的に非
磁性粒子(17)からなる磁界修正層(15)とを有す
る誘導溶接装置、 −(2、特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置において、前
記磁界生・成部材はループ(11)を有し、前記磁界修
正層(15)は前記ループ内に配置されていてループ内
領域の所定領域を遮へいする誘導溶接装置。 (3) 特許請求の範囲第2項記載の装置において、前
記支持基盤は可塑性部材からなる誘導溶接装置。 (4) 特許請求の範囲第3項記載の装置において、前
記7粒子はおよそ15重量%の量まで前記基盤内に存在
する誘導溶接装置。 (5) 特許請求の範囲第4項記載の装置において、前
記粒子はおよそ1μから数10μの大きさである誘導溶
接装置。 (6) 特許請求の範囲第5項記載の装置において、前
記粒子は銅ダスト、カーボンブラックもしくは他の導電

記磁界生成構成は少くとも一区画の直線導電体からなる
