Claims (1)
- ディジタルＩＣの動作試験を実施するための駆動信号と
して使用される試験パターンを発生させるパターン発生
装置において、クロックパルスに応じてキャリー信号を
出力するｎｂｉｔ２進カウンタと、このｎｂｉｔ２進カ
ウンタの出力であるキャリー信号をカウントし出力する
ｍｂｉｔ２進カウンタと、前記ｎｂｉｔ２進カウンタの
出力信号であるキャリー信号が高レベル信号ｒＩＪの場
合は上記ｍｂｉ ｔ２進カウンタの出力信号をパラレル
入力し前記キャリー信号が低レベル信号″ＯＪの場合は
シフトレジスタとして機能するパラレル入力・シフトレ
ジスタとを具備したことを特徴とするパターン発生袋装
置。
