Cables, ropes, etc. are installed. For this reason, the seismic intensity was 4
In the event of a moderate earthquake, there is usually no risk of damage to the building itself, but the elevator ropes may get caught on or become tangled with equipment on the Y1 Ryuro, and the counterweights may be restricted. It is dangerous to operate the elevator without inspecting it, as the counterweight may come off the rail that is being moved. It was necessary to inspect the road.

I膨大な手間を要していた。However, this inspection work is manual and requires a limited number of maintenance workers to inspect each elevator one by one, so in some buildings it takes a long time to restart the elevators, especially in Japan. In countries where earthquakes with a seismic intensity of 4 occur frequently, inspections need to be carried out each time.
I It required a huge amount of effort.

When an earthquake of this magnitude occurs, it is difficult to detect safety checks along the entire elevator operating route.

This control panel (9) receives the detection signal from the pulse detector (8) and determines the position of the car (1), for example, the position of the car (1).
It is possible to detect which floor the person is currently located on. This control panel (9) is connected to the camera (1) of the car (1).
2)-, connected to (3) via a cable (10),
It is also connected to a video comparison device (11) provided in the monitoring room. This video comparison! (11) consists of two video cameras with zoom lenses and one color monitor; one video camera is connected to the camera (2) of the car (1) based on information from the control panel (8).

Cameras (2) and (3) of car (1) project images to video comparison device i'1 (11) in the monitoring room, and at the same time, the pulse detector (8) controls the position of car ('1): 11HJ(
9) on the comparison device El (11). and,
The supervisor can judge which floor of the hoistway this car (1) currently reflects, and based on that, the situation data (
The situation of the hoistway taken in advance at the position closest to the car position from 12) is input into the comparison device jl (11) to compare the situation of the hoistway before and after the earthquake, and to identify any abnormalities in the situation of the hoistway. Detect nothingness. In this way, the car (1) is gradually raised and lowered to determine whether there is an abnormality in the hoistway, and if no abnormality is found in the hoistway, the NIL-Beta is operated, which requires a lot of manpower. Elevator operation can be resumed quickly after an earthquake.
