As shown in Figure 6, since the bottom part 101 and both side parts 102, 103, 104, and 105 are integrally formed by press working, it is difficult to reduce the weight of the bottom part 101 and both sides 102, 103, 104, and 105, which goes against the weight reduction of the vehicle. Moreover, since the opening 106 of the guide frame was punched out after the above-mentioned press working, the material of the opening 106 was wasted and the material was not well-retained. is the bottom 1
01, when assembling the sliding roof, it had to be inserted into the opening 106 at an angle, resulting in poor workability.

A guide frame is formed as a body, and the guide frame is composed of two parallel frames extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and a frame located at the front of the vehicle by connecting the opposing front ends of the parallel frames, Moreover, the opposing rear end sides of the parallel frames are connected by a reinforcing member fixed to a recess on the upper flange and positioned at approximately the same height as the upper flange, and the guide frame is connected to the vehicle. Disposed between a fixed roof and a molded ceiling fixed to the vehicle fixed roof, the upper flange is fixed to the lower part of the opening periphery of the vehicle fixed roof, and the lower flange is fixed to the molded ceiling, respectively. That's what I did.

The substantially central portion of the flange portion 2b can be formed into a substantially U-shaped cross-section without having to be formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and then formed into a substantially U-shaped shape by pengu processing as shown in FIG. 4, thereby eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks.

As shown in the fourth figure, a guide rail 8 is fixed on the edge 2d of the guide frame 2 that supports the guide rail, and the sliding roof is slid in the front and back direction by a sliding shoe or a cable (not shown) in the rail 8. However, as shown in the second figure, an opening 4a corresponding to the opening 1a of the vehicle fixed roof 1 can be easily formed by the guide frame 2 and the molded ceiling 4, and thereby a sliding roof (not shown) can be formed. It facilitates assembly and forms a space for storing the sliding roof, and as shown in the second and third figures, the guide frame 2
By forming a substantially Z-shaped cross section and a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section by roll forming, there is no need to worry even if rainwater enters with the sliding roof closed by the rain gutter recess 2c.

である。As is clear from the above explanation of the structure and operation, according to the present invention, the peripheral end of the guide frame is formed into a substantially bi-shaped cross section by roll processing, and the substantially central portion of the lower flange portion 2b is formed into a substantially inverted U shape.
By forming the guide frame into a substantially U-shaped shape by using pengu processing without forming the shape cross section, processing of the bottom part 101 of the guide frame and its opening 106, which is required by conventional press processing, is unnecessary, and the guide frame Due to the lighter weight and better material fractionation, and the absence of the bottom part 101, the opening 106 of the guide frame when assembling a sliding roof, unlike the conventional one which has the bottom part 101.
This eliminates the worry of having to insert it at an angle and makes assembly easier.
