Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本体内に互いに対となって連動するピストンを設け、該
    ピストンの外方側にそれぞれ計量室を形成し、前記本体
    内に前記各計量室から流体の流入口及び流出口に連通ず
    る流路を形成し、該流路に、前記対となるピストンに連
    動して切換えられ、且つ一方の計量室が流入口に連通し
    たとき他方の計量室が流出口に連通ずる切換弁機構を設
    けた流量計において、 前記流入口と前記切換弁機構との間の流路中に該流入口
    からの被測流体の流入のみを許容する逆止弁を配設した
    ことを特徴とする流量計。
