For this reason, foamed resin 8 such as urethane resin is molded using an upper mold and a lower mold to have an appropriate density (0.2 mm/ground), but in this case, the molded building A hole 9 as shown in Fig. 6 is formed on the foamed resin 8 of the plate.
The female part 1 and the male part 2 could not be joined together smoothly. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to provide a mold for manufacturing a construction board that can easily manufacture a construction board without burrs in the male and female portions. is to provide.

In the construction board manufacturing mold of the present invention, a thermoplastic resin plate 3 having a generally dish-shaped cross section and having a female part 1 on one side edge and a male part 2 on the other side is placed in a lower mold 4. In a mold for manufacturing a construction board by injecting foamed resin 5 onto a thermoplastic resin board 3 and aligning a lower mold 4 and an upper mold 6, the foamed resin 5 flows into the male and female parts 1 and 2. This device is characterized in that the foam material outflow suppressing partition plates 7, 7 are arranged below the upper mold 6, and the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved by configuring as described above. It is.

In other words, the foam material outflow prevention partition plates 7, 7 that suppress the flow of the foamable resin 5 into the male and female parts 1, 2 are vertically provided below the upper mold 6, so that the thermoplastic resin plate 3 can be moved inside the lower mold 4. When the foamed resin 5 is injected onto the thermoplastic resin plate 3 and the upper mold 6 is placed on the lower mold 4 for molding, the foamed resin 5 is separated from the dioecious part by the foam material outflow prevention partition plates 7, 7. This prevents burrs from appearing on the male and female fruit portions 1 and 2 by suppressing the flow to the 1 and 2 sides. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.
A thermoplastic resin plate 3 made of a thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride is formed into a long plate-shaped cross section, and a female part 1 is provided on one green side of the thermoplastic resin plate 3. A male fruit part 2 that competes with a female fruit part 1 is provided on the side edge.

In addition, the conveyor type lower mold 4 is provided with a groove portion 10 in which the lower surface of the thermoplastic resin plate 3 is fitted, and the foam material having a round cross section is prevented from flowing downward from both sides of the lower surface of the conveyor type upper mold 6. Partition plates 7, 7 are provided vertically. Therefore, when manufacturing a construction board, the thermoplastic resin board 3 is fitted onto the lower mold 4,
As shown in FIG. 1, a foamable resin 5 such as foamable urethane resin is injected onto a thermoplastic resin plate 3 using an injection machine 11.
The upper mold 6 is fitted to the lower mold 4 and molded. Then, the foamable resin 5 does not flow to the male and female parts 1 and 2 by the foam material outflow suppressing partition plates 7 and 7, and no burrs are formed on the foamed resin 8 as shown in FIG. Note that if a template agent is applied to the foamed material outflow suppressing partition plates 7, 7, the female mold property will be improved when the upper mold 6 is removed. Further, the foamed material outflow prevention partition plates 7, 7 are thin, and the voids created after the foamed material outflow prevention partition plates 7, 7 are removed are not crushed by the elastic force of the foamed resin 8, thereby preventing the formation of gaps. Therefore, even if it is manufactured continuously using a conveyor system as described above or manufactured using a batch system, there will be no gap after the foam material outflow prevention partition plates 7, 7 are removed. The present invention will be explained in more detail below using examples.

Further, a foam material outflow suppressing partition plate having dimensions as shown in FIG. 5 was provided on the upper mold with dimensions as shown in FIG. Inject the foamable urethane resin of the above composition into the thermoplastic resin Sakagami, match the upper mold to the lower mold, urethane foaming ratio 5 times, urethane foaming pressure 5k9/base, urethane foaming heat 70°C, molding time 3
Molding was carried out under conditions of 0 minutes. The resulting architectural board had a foamed urethane resin thickness of 8 legs and no burrs were generated. [Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is constructed as described above, a thermoplastic resin plate having a dish-shaped cross section is placed in a lower mold, a foaming resin is injected onto the thermoplastic resin slope, and an upper mold is placed in the lower mold. The thermoplastic resin board is filled with foamed resin having an appropriate density (approximately 0.2 m/clump), which is preferable in terms of strength, and the male and female parts are filled with foamed resin. Since a foam material outflow prevention partition plate is installed vertically from the upper mold to suppress the flow of foamed resin, the foam material flow prevention partition plate can prevent the foamed resin from flowing into the male and female fruit parts. There is no burr on the parts, and the male and female parts of the manufactured architectural boards can be smoothly competed.
