Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　ヒーターエレメントＩＡを耐熱性及び電気絶縁性に
    勝れた無機質平板ＩＢ、ＩＢ間に挟んで圧着一体化した
    発熱体１の表面側に遠赤外線放射板２を、かつ前記発熱
    体１の裏面側に反射板３を積層してこれらを一体化して
    なる遠泳外線ヒーターであって、前記遠赤外線反射板２
    を構成するに、耐熱絶縁板２Ａの表面に耐熱性接着剤を
    介して繊維状セラミック薄膜２Ｂを付着して構成しであ
    ることを特徴とする遠赤外線ヒーター。 ■　前記ヒータエレメント１Ａが、エツチング又はプレ
    ス型にて成形されたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第０項に記載の遠赤外線ヒータＯ ■　前記反射板３が、耐熱絶縁板３Ａの裏面にアルミニ
