−を減速回転方向に付勢する第１の弾性装置と、上記ア
クセルレバ−に対し非固定的に連結され、同アクセルレ
バ−が加速方向に設定回転角度を越えて廻動されたとき
、同アクセルレバ−と共に廻動される操作力付加レバー
と、同操作力付加レバーに連結され同レバーが上記アク
セルレバ−と共に加速方向に廻動されるときその廻動を
妨げる方向の付勢力を及ぼす第２の弾性装置と、上記操
作力付加レバーがアクセルレバ−に連動する上記設定回
転角度を調整する装置とを具備してなることを特徴とす
