Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　地熱によって略一定の地中温度を保つ地中の
    適宜深さ位置に、無数の栗石等の塊状部材を収容埋設し
    、この塊状部材間に生ずる無数の間隙を以て空気溜室を
    形成すると共に、この空気溜室を空気送給管を介して家
    屋等の建造物内部と連通し、かつ上記空気送給管路の一
    部或いは送給管口の近傍位置に空気溜室の地中空気を建
    造物内部に送気するファンを設けたことを特徴とする地
    熱を利用した暖房・冷房装置。
  2. （２）上記空気送給管の空気溜室側に位置する空気吸入
    口附近に、開口部゛を上記吸入口と同一方向に向けた筒
    笠状の空気取入用カバ一部材を設け、該カバ一部材の側
    面に多数の空気流入孔を設けて成る実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の地熱を利用した暖房・冷房装置。
