Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to effect the comfortable room cooling and heating without utilizing a special heat source by a method wherein heat exchanging of an air in a heat conductive and anti-corrosive pipe, burried in the ground, is effected by the subterranean heat while the warmed or cooled air is sucked into or discharged from a room by a fan to maintain the temperature of the room at a proper temperature. CONSTITUTION:The ground 1 in a house or the like is digged to provide a hole 2 and the bottom 3 thereof is inclined to form a water reservoir 4 at the central part thereof. The heat conductive and anti-corrosive pipe 5 is layed in the hole 2 in spiral, for example, so as to secure the heating area as large as possible while one end thereof is opened at the outside of the house and the other end is opened in the house. A ventilating fan 6 and a wind tunnel switching switch 10 are interposed on the way of said pipe 5. On the other hand, ports 8, 9 used both for discharging and sucking as well as a ventilating port 11 are provided in a building 7. According to this method, the heat exchanging of the air in the pipe 5 is effected by the subterranean heat and the warm air or the cool air is sucked or discharged by the fan 6 to maintain the temperature of the room at the proper temperature.
