Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the depth of embedment under a ground surface required according to the height of a building on a ground, by a method wherein an underground continuous wall is built at the whole outer periphery of a building A. CONSTITUTION:An under ground continuous wall 1 of reinforced concrete structure is built under a ground surface GL throughout the whole outer periphery of a building A to function the underground continuous wall 1 as a pile. Besides, the depth of penetration is the depth of the underground continuous wall 1 required according to a height H1 of the building A, i.e., H3 being 8-10% or more of H1. A foundation beam 2, being necessary in terms of structure, is installed to the top part of the underground continuous wall 1, and the lower end of the underground continuous wall 1 is supported to a support ground B. The underground continuous wall is built throughout the whole outer periphery of the building A, and this ensures the depth of penetration under a ground surface required according to the height of a building on a ground.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application This invention relates to the foundation of a high-rise building in which an underground continuous wall acts as a pile.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Conventionally, it has been known that an underground continuous wall constructed as an earth retaining wall during ground excavation bears part of the load of a building and is used in combination with piles.

On the other hand, when constructing a high-rise building, according to regulations, the height of the building must be 8 or more.
Ten joists are to be rooted below the ground level, and the thickened part is usually designed as a basement.

By the way, in the example of a 40-story apartment complex, the building height is Hl.
is 100 m, and the penetration depth H2 is underground 2 of the normal structure.
A length of 8 to 10 m, which corresponds to the number of floors, is required. On the other hand, in apartment buildings, the lack of basements is not desirable in terms of usage. (See Figures 1 and 2) When supporting a high-rise building with piles, the number of piles increases, or the diameter of the piles increases, so that there is no space between the piles. For this reason, it is preferable to use continuous walls instead of piles.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, this invention has developed a structure particularly suitable as a foundation for a high-rise apartment complex.

Structure and Examples of the Invention The gist of the invention is to create an underground continuous wall all around the outer periphery of a building, to make this underground continuous wall act as a pile, and to reduce the penetration depth below the ground level required for the building. The details will be explained below with reference to the illustrated embodiment.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, an underground continuous wall 1 of reinforced concrete structure is constructed below the ground level GL and extends all around the outer periphery of the building A, and this underground continuous wall acts as a pile. Moreover, the depth H8 is set to be at least 8 to 10% of the height Hl of the building A, i.e., the depth H8. Furthermore, a foundation beam 2 having a structurally necessary length is provided at the top of the underground continuous wall 1. Naori indicates the supporting ground, and in this case, all underground continuous walls 1 are in contact with the supporting ground.

Figures 5 and 6 show other embodiments, in which if the surrounding ground is of good quality, all the continuous walls are not inserted into the supporting ground, but are continued to the required penetration depth H4. However, only the necessary parts were extended (H5) in a comb-like manner up to the support plate B below that point.

Effects of the Invention This invention has the above-mentioned configuration. By creating an underground continuous wall all around the outer periphery of the building, this underground continuous wall can reduce the penetration depth below the ground level required by the height of the above-ground building. can be secured.

Furthermore, this underground continuous wall serves as a pile, and is not affected by the spacing between pillars of the building or the spaces between the piles. By increasing the width of the underground continuous wall or widening the base, it is possible to easily deal with cases where the building's own weight is large or the bearing capacity of the ground is insufficient.
