DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a vehicle seat heater that is attached to a vehicle seat to heat the seat. , Conventional configuration and its problems Conventionally, this type of vehicle seat heater is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
As shown in the figure, a core body 1 made of polyester nonwoven fabric, etc.
String-like heating element 2'f: Seat heater body 4 is constructed by wiring in a zigzag pattern and bonding bodies 3 with hot-melt adhesive to both sides of the core body 1 by heat pressing or the like. Ta. Further, a thermostat 5 that directly senses the heat of the seat heater heating section 4' is attached to a part of the seat heater body 4, and a lead wire 6 is connected to the thermostat 6 and the string-shaped heating element 2. The end of this lead wire 6 is connected to a power source (not shown) of an automobile or the like. A connection plug 7 is provided. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the seat heater main body 43 is attached to the seat portion 8a and backrest portion 8b of the vehicle seat 8, respectively. As shown in FIG. 4, the seat heater main body 4 is attached by attaching a pad 9 made of urethane foam;
It is attached by being inserted between it and the cushioning material 10 made of urethane foam. In addition, 11 is
It is the outer material of vehicle seats.

As described above, the conventional vehicle seat heater has a structure in which the string-like heating element 2 is wired on the core body 1, and these are further bonded from above and below with the body 3 coated with hot-melt adhesive. In other words, the three-layer structure gives it some stiffness, and this stiffness makes it uncomfortable to sit on.

However, as shown in FIG. 5, since a plurality of heating element wires 13 are twisted together, although it is strong against small bends, its tensile strength is low. Furthermore, the one shown in FIG. 6 employs a core yarn 16 made of polyester or the like, so although it has high tensile strength, it is weak against small bending.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10. In Figure 7 (IL) and (b), 18 is a heating element wire made of a copper wire, a copper and nickel alloy wire, or a copper and silver alloy wire with a wire diameter of o or o6 mm, and there are 17 heating element elements. Line 181 is aligned. The twisted heating element wire 18 is spirally wound around the outer periphery of a core yarn 19 made of aromatic polyamide or the like. Reference numeral 17 denotes an outer skin made of fluororesin, PVC, electron-irradiated PVC, polyethylene polyamide resin, etc. By providing the outer skin 7 to cover the outside of the heating element wire 18, the string-like heating element 2o is constructed.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of ultrafine heating element wires 18 are twisted together and wound around the core thread 19 made of aromatic polyamide or the like. The line 181'j is applied to the core yarn 19 with almost no tension or contraction due to bending stress, so
In this case, if aromatic polyamide is used as the core yarn 19, the string-like heating element 2o having both flexibility and tensile strength can be constructed. The aromatic polyamide core yarn 19 is a core yarn of 400 denier and has a tensile strength of 8 kg or more,
Since the polyester core yarn 1e of the conventional example shown in FIGS. 6(a) and 6(b) is 500 denier and weighs about 4 kg, it has about twice the tensile strength. Furthermore, since it is a 4o○ denier, conventional PO IJ,
The -H stell core yarn is also thinner than 500 denier, and the outer diameter of the string-like heating element 20 can be reduced, making it possible to make the wire thinner. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the heating element 2o is disposed in a vehicle seat 8, the feeling of discomfort caused by the string-shaped heating element 2o can be reduced. Also, according to experiments, among the flame-retardant material 21 shown in Fig. 8, even if piece n+u is ignited as shown in Fig. 10, the material itself melts away. 23. Even when the other body is made of polyfural fiber or the like,
It was found that flame-retardant structural fabrics can be created.

As a result, when the seat heater is installed directly under the outer material of the seat as shown in FIG. 4, if it is installed so that the face piece 23 of the nonwoven polyester fabric is on the outer material 11 side of the seat, the rigidity will further decrease.・This makes it possible to create a seat heater that is extremely comfortable to sit on.
