In some cases, the outer skin 5 is constructed by chipping PVC, polyethylene, polyamide resin, etc. that has been irradiated with electrons, but in the former, the heating element 1 is constructed by twisting a plurality of heating element wires. No, although it was strong for small bends, it had the disadvantage of low tensile strength. Further, in the latter case, since the core body 4 is made of a core yarn made of polyester or the like, it has a strong strength, but has the drawback of being weak against small bending.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises twisting a plurality of heating element wires together to form a heating element, and attaching the heating element to a core made of bundled yarns of polyester or aromatic polyamide. It is constructed by winding it spirally and chipping the outer skin on the outside. According to this structure, when constructing a heating element, it is constructed by twisting multiple heating element wires together. However, since this heating element is further spirally wound around a core made of polyester or aromatic polyamide bundled yarn, the plurality of heating element wires are hardly subjected to tensile or shrinkage due to bending stress. Karazu,
As a result, it is possible to obtain good bending properties, and the tensile force of the heating wire itself can be avoided by using a core made of bundled yarns of polyester or aromatic polyamide. As a result, it is possible to obtain a product with strong tensile strength, and since the heating wire is peeled off from the thin wire, it is possible to eliminate the strange feeling of the seat when a vehicle seat heater is installed on the seat, etc. It has excellent features.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the heating element 11 is constructed by twisting a plurality of heating element wires, and the heating element 1
1 is further spirally wound around a core body 12 made of bundled yarn of polyester or aromatic polyamide.
The plurality of heating element wires constituting the heating element 11 are hardly subjected to tensile or contractile force due to bending stress, and are applied only to the core body 12. In this case, the core body 12 is made of polyester bundled yarn. By using this, it is possible to construct the heating wire 14 that has both flexibility and tensile strength.

The polyester bundle yarn is a 500 denier yarn and has a tensile strength of 4 Kp or more. Further, in order to make the heating wire 14 thinner, when a bundled yarn of aromatic polyamide is used, the yarn has a tensile strength of 8 Kp or more with a yarn of 400 denier. Furthermore, if this aromatic polyamide bundled yarn is used, the heating wire 14 can be made thinner, so when a vehicle seat heater equipped with this heating wire 14 is installed on the seat 18 as shown in FIG. This also makes it possible to eliminate the discomfort of the seat 18.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, a heating element is constructed by twisting a plurality of heating element wires, and this heating element is further attached to a core made of bundled yarns of polyester or aromatic polyamide. Because they are wound spirally, the tensile and shrinkage forces due to bending stress are hardly applied to the plurality of heating element wires, and the force is applied only to the core, resulting in poor bending properties. In addition, since the core body is made of bundled polyester or aromatic polyamide yarn, it is possible to obtain a product with high tensile strength against the tensile force of the heating wire itself. Moreover, since the heating wire can be made thin, it has various excellent features such as eliminating the discomfort of the seat when a vehicle seat heater is installed on the seat.
