DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention effectively removes moisture adhering to the surface of pin containers, etc. that have been subjected to treatments such as washing or sterilization with hot water, without causing heat denaturation to the contents of the containers. The present invention relates to a moisture removal device capable of removing moisture.

When containers such as bottles filled with various foods and medicines are transferred from washing or hot water sterilization to packaging or labeling processes such as shrink packaging, it is necessary to remove moisture adhering to the surface of the containers. However, in the past, it was common to use a type of dryer using high-temperature hot air or the like as a heat medium.

However, with this conventional method, when a high-temperature heat medium is used to improve efficiency, there is concern that the contents may be thermally denatured, and when the wind speed is increased, a water film is formed, which hinders drying. Therefore, efficient water removal could not be achieved.

In addition, Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-284.34 has been proposed as a drying device intended to eliminate the above defects, but in the drying device according to the same invention, when the processing container absorbs water, There is no rotation, and therefore, the moisture adhering to the surface of the container to be treated is absorbed and removed only partially, that is, only on the surface in contact with the water absorption pad. Generally speaking, since this device removes water by using the same water-absorbing pad in combination with Fta Jul spraying, it cannot be said that the problem of thermal denaturation of the contents has been completely resolved.

In the illustrated embodiment, a one-type belt conveyor is used as the conveyance body, but in the present invention, it is also possible to use a belt conveyor system other than the one type as a conveyance body. Any carrier can be adopted as long as it has a function that does not prevent the progress of the processing container. 3 in the figure shows the container to be processed placed on one side of the carrier along the direction of movement of the carrier. The wiping plates 1 to 1 are disposed so as to be in contact with the wiping plates 1 to 1.

In addition, 4 in the figure indicates a thickness of approximately 0 on the outer peripheral surface of the same wiping plate.
.. It is an absorbent material that can be worn to a depth of 5 to 2.0 mm, and it is preferable to use a cloth material with good absorbency, such as cotton cloth or flannel cloth.

In addition, the wiping plates 1 to 1 have a built-in heater 5 that uses electric heat, oil, steam, etc. as a heat source, and when the heater is operated, the moisture trapped in the absorbent material due to capillary action is evaporated. This promotes moisture retention in the water-absorbing material and prevents moisture retention as much as possible, thereby preventing a decrease in water-absorbing efficiency.

If a cushion member such as a sponge or towel is interposed between the cloth material and the heater at the container contacting portion of the wiping plate, destruction of the container due to impact or the like can be effectively prevented.

The mounting position of the wiping plate needs to be set so that the side surface of the wiping plate on the conveyor side contacts the outer circumferential surface of the container to be processed during transportation to an extent that does not impede rotation of the container to be processed.

Also, a spring 7 is attached to the support member 6 of the same wiping plate.
By interposing it, it is possible to perform the moisture removal function accurately even for containers to be treated having different diameters.

The shape of the wiping rib plate is designed to have as large a contact area as possible with the outer circumferential surface of the container to be treated, that is, it is shaped along the outer circumferential surface of the container to be treated, and its height is also the same as the height of the container to be treated. It is desirable to have something equivalent or better.
Moreover, regarding the total length, it is preferable that the length is sufficient for the container to be processed to rotate several times.

Next, reference numeral 8 in the figure denotes a processing container rotation mechanism disposed opposite to the wiping plate 3 via the carrier 1, and in the embodiment, its axis is aligned with the progress of the carrier 1. The figure shows a roller belt system in which a roller 9 perpendicular to the direction is used as a driving source.

The mounting position of the rotation mechanism is such that the contact part with the container to be processed is (
In this example, the roller belt 10) is arranged so as to be in contact with the container to be processed within a range that does not impede the progress of the container to be processed and can impart a desired rotational movement to the container to be processed. It is necessary to. In addition, it is preferable to use a roller belt with a high coefficient of friction because it can ensure reliable rotation of the container to be treated, such as a roughly round belt. A smaller contact area with the belt is preferable in that it can prevent the deterioration of the moisture removal effect due to moisture adhesion to the belt.

In addition, the tension roller 11 or the spring 12
The installation of the pushing roller 13 equipped with the roller belt 10 is preferable in that it can eliminate the deflection of the roller belt 10 and thereby continuously impart the desired rotational movement to the container to be treated. It is desired that the driving speed is sufficient to allow the container 2 to be rotated several times while passing through the water removal device of the present invention. As the rotating mechanism, in addition to the roller belt system illustrated in the embodiment, any system can be adopted in the present invention as long as it has the above-mentioned functions.

According to the moisture removal device of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the container to be treated that is supplied by the conveyor 1 comes into contact with the wiping plate 3 while being given a predetermined rotational movement by the rotation mechanism. Moisture adhering to the outer circumferential surface of the container 2 to be processed is removed by absorption 'JIA4' over the entire area.

In addition, since the device of the present invention does not require the use of a hot air heater like the conventional example, thermal denaturation of the contents can be effectively suppressed. Therefore, the device of the present invention can be said to be optimal as a device for removing moisture from containers filled with contents that are likely to undergo thermal denaturation, such as foods and medicines.

Furthermore, if an air-pro type dryer is installed as a post-process of the moisture removal apparatus of the present invention, even more efficient moisture removal can be achieved.
