一般に、ゴムエラストマー又は熱可塑性樹脂を使用して
、二色幾何I!iI様タイルを製造する場合、金型の構
造を複雑にしたり、二段階にわけて成型する訳であるが
、本発明では、簡易な金型で、同時順プレス成型後、後
工程における研摩処理で二色′の幾何横様タイルの製造
を可能としたものである本発明は、三種類のシートで構
成されており、二種類のシートは、タイル表面1の二色
幾何模様用に使用される為、カラフルで耐候性のよいゴ
ムエラストマー又は熱可塑性樹脂が使用され、残す一種
類のシートは、タイル裏面2のパツキンとして使用され
る為、下地との接着性や耐水性等のよいゴムエラストマ
ー又は熱可塑性樹脂が使用される以下本発明における実
施例についで説明すると、三種類のシートを各々配合練
りし、一定の厚さ及び形状にシーテイング裁断し、凹凸
幾何模様のある金型に、表面模様となるシート2枚を仕
込み、次にパツキンとなるシート1枚を仕込み、プレス
成型を行ない、次に表面研摩を、ベルトサングー機に9
32AA工メリー研摩紙を取り付けで、2回研摩を行な
い、さらに表面研摩を1回行ない、水洗、乾燥後、ワッ
