PURPOSE:To permit the manufacture of a geometrically patterned multi-color tile by using a simple mold by a method in which various color sheets of a rubber elastomer or a thermoplastic resin are integrally molded in molds with a geometrically patterned uneven form and the surface sheet of the sheets so molded is smoothly polished. CONSTITUTION:A round sheet 3 is set on the projection 6 of a mold 1, a roundly punched sheet 4 is then set in such a way as to avoid lapping with the sheet 3, and a flat sheet 5 is set over them. 【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、多色幾何模様タイルの製造法に関する。一般

したり、多段階にわけて成型する訳であるが、本発明で
は、簡易な金型で同時にプレス成型後、後工程における
研摩処理で多色の幾何俣様タイルの製造を可能としたも
のである。本発明は、多種類のシートで構成されており
、数種類のシートは、タイル族11i71の多色幾何俣
様用に使用される為、カラフルで耐候性のよいゴムエラ
ストマー又は熱可塑性樹脂が使用され、残りのシートは
、タイル裏面2全体及びタイル表面1の一部に使用され
る為、下地との接着性や耐水性がよく、さらには耐候性
のよいゴムエラストマー又は熱可塑性樹脂が使用される

1において、タイル表面1における配合実施例及び物性

タイル裏面2及び一部タイル表面1となるシートを仕込
み、プレス成型を行ない、次に成型したタイル表面1の
研摩を、ベルトサングー機に4$32AA工メリー研摩
紙を取り付けて2回研摩を行ない、さらに表面研摩を1
回灯ない、水洗、乾燥後、ワ・ンクス掛けを什なう。
