の両側に区画形成した第１及び第２のダイヤフラム室を
備え、パイロット入力ポートを、オリフィスを介して第
１のダイヤプラム室に連通させると共に、′第２のタイ
ヤフラム室及びポペット弁で開閉される第１の弁座を介
してポペット弁室に連通させ、フィードバックボートを
ポペット弁で開閉される第２の弁座を介してポペット弁
室に連通させると共に、第３の弁座を介して第１のタイ
ヤフラム室に連通させ、さらに出力ポートをポペット弁
室に連通させ、上記ダイヤフラム機構′ におけ
る軸杆に第３の弁座を開閉する弁体を設けると共に、該
軸杆に連設した摺動杆をポペット弁室に挿入し、該摺動
杆にタイヤフラム機構の第３の弁座を開放する方向への
変位に伴ってポペット弁を第２の弁座に押圧する係合部
を設けたことを特徴とする圧力制御弁駆動用差圧作動切
