流体圧の作用力を作用させるようにした電空比例
弁において、 上記弁本体には、正圧源に連通する正圧ポート
、負圧源に連通する負圧ポート及び負荷に連通す
る上記出力ポートを設け、弁部材によつて出力ポ
ートを正圧ポートまたは負圧ポートに適宜開度で
連通可能に構成し、 上記弁部材に、比例ソレノイドの電磁駆動力に
抗して、フイードバツク室にフイードバツクされ
た流体圧の作用力と共にスプリングの作用力を作
用させ、 上記スプリングの付勢力を、フイードバツク室
における負の最大のフイードバツク作用力に抗し
て弁部材を出力ポートと負圧ポートが全開状態で
