Claims (1)
内に、供給弁座及び排気弁座を開閉する弁体を、出力ポ
ートに連通ずるフィードバック室と高圧選択弁の出力口
に通じるパイロット室との圧力差によって変位可能な受
圧体によって開閉するように構成し、上記弁体がフィー
ドバック室の昇圧に伴って排気弁座を開放する方向に変
位するのを阻止する規制部を、駆動室へ圧力を導入する
ことにより上記受圧体の変位を阻止する位置に突出する
係止杆によって構成し、駆動室及び上記高圧選択弁の一
方の入力口を解放弁により大気と出力ポートに切換連通
可能に構成すると共に、高圧選択弁の他方の入力口をパ
イロット流体圧力が設定可能なパイロット弁を備えたパ
イロット流路に接続したことを特徴とする圧力制御弁。A valve body that is equipped with a supply port, an output port, and an exhaust port has a valve body that opens and closes a supply valve seat and an exhaust valve seat, and a feedback chamber that communicates with the output port and a pilot chamber that communicates with the output port of the high pressure selection valve.
