する電源ＯＦＦ検出回路と、この電源ＯＦＦ検出回路の
出力をその入力とし、電源がＯＦＦしたことに対応する
入力信号を受けたときから一定時間だけ上記リセット用
トランジスタのベースにリセット信号を出力するリセッ
