CONSTITUTION:A pair of frame sub guide rails 41 extend onto the frame part 31 of a main guide rail 32 from the middle of both ends of a roof open part 4 to the rearward thereof as to be opposed to a roof-side sub guide rail 21. The sub guide rails 41 each are cranked upwards in the forward direction of a car body to be employed as a means 44 of lowering the rear end of an opening and closing lid 2. A tilt-up mechanism 51 and a frame-side sub guide rail 41 are linked by a driving lever 52 to make coincident actions. Consequently, the construction of the tilt-up mechanism 51 can be simplified and minimized and the weight thereof be reduced.
